And also we offer all shape of alloy wires to our customers.
Regarding the flat wire cold rolling machine, our machine is capable of processing many types of material, including copper, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, tatinium, etc. Machines use multi times rolling to re-shape the wire from round shape to flat shape. After the rolling process, we use leaser and touch type size measurement gauges to check the size, and the size date will be recorded and helps control the rolling distance.
We use servo motors and screws to achieve the high pricison winding performance. We can do both coil type and spool type winding. To fit every customer's requirement.
